Total voting rights

The Company's issued share capital consists of 8,025,752 ordinary shares of 1 pence each, with one voting right per share. There is no other class of share which has voting rights and there are no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 8,025,752.

The above figure of 8,025,752 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
