Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, North Midland Construction PLC announces that, as at 31 October 2014, the Company had 10,150,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue.

North Midland Construction PLC does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The figure of 10,150,000 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, North Midland Construction PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
