Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31 December 2012 Premier Oil plc's issued share capital consists of 529,110,917 Ordinary Shares of 12.5p with voting rights. Premier Oil plc does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The figure of 529,110,917 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Premier Oil plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
