Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

The Company announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 10p each of Syntopix Group plc in issue at the date of this notice is 7,717,831 with each share carrying the right to one vote.  There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 7,717,831.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Syntopix Group plc, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
