Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules:

As at 30 November 2019 the issued share capital of Allied Minds plc comprised 241,375,833 Ordinary shares of one pence each. There were no shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Allied Minds plc is therefore 241,375,833.
