Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the Company notifies that its issued share capital consists of 102,130,000 ordinary shares none of which are held in Treasury.  The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 102,130,000.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in the Company.
