Termination of Discussions

Coms PLC18 February 2008 Coms plc ("Coms" or "the Company") Offer Talks Terminated On 13 December 2007, it was announced that Coms was in discussions withSim4Travel Holdings plc ("Sim4Travel") (PLUS: SIMO) which may have led to anoffer for the whole of the issued share capital of Sim4Travel. The board of Comstoday announces that the discussions have now been terminated. Accordingly, the conditional, irrevocable and binding undertaking given to Comsby Nettworx plc, one of Sim4Travel's principal shareholders, will terminate withimmediate effect.
