TEMPORARY SUSPENSION

The Financial Conduct Authority ("the FCA") temporarily suspends the securities set out below from the Official List effective from 3/05/2018 7:30am to protect investors and maintain the smooth operation of the markets for the following reasons: (1) the issuer has failed to publish its financial information within the required timeframe; (2) the FCA has been carrying out enquiries into the issuer's financial position but has been unable to obtain adequate information from the issuer and; (3) the issuer has been unable to satisfy the FCA that it has complied with all its disclosure obligations under the Market Abuse Regulation:
