Grupo Clarín supplements information on ANSES claim

On 26 March 2014, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") supplemented the information disclosed to the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange on 21 March 2014, by informing those two entities that on 25 March 2014 it had withdrawn from the court a copy of the claim brought by the National Social Security Administration (ANSES), in re "National Social Security Administration v. GRUPO CLARÍN S.A. re/ Ordinary Proceeding" (File No. 74429) and that the purpose of the claim was to challenge and nullify the decisions adopted at the Shareholders' Meeting of the Company held on 25 April 2013 and the decisions adopted by the Board of Directors at its meeting of 26 April 2013.
