Statement re Suspension 

The Company announces that it will not be in a position to publish its accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 today as required under the AIM Rules. Accordingly, trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares have been suspended on AIM pending such publication. 

The reason for the delay in the accounts is that the Company is finalising arrangements for a transaction involving a fund raising, disposal of its remaining property assets and adoption of a new investing policy. It is anticipated that these arrangements will be completed shortly including the publication of the accounts.
