Suspension of Listing

The Company announces that it requested that the listing of the Ordinary Shares of Panther Securites PLC be suspended with effect from 7.00am on 1 September 2009. The reason for the request was that the Company has been unable to announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2009 by the time required under the Disclosure Transparency Rules due to operational reasons.

The interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2009 will be announced as soon as possible.
