OAK HOLDINGS PLC STATEMENT RE: PLANNING CONSENT

Oak Holdings plc (the "Company") notes recent press comment that planning consent has been granted by the Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for its ‚£350m leisure, entertainment, sports and convention centre in Rotherham.

However, the Company wishes to point out that planning consent is still conditional on certain agreements being signed. The Company will issue a further announcement as soon as an update is available.
