Statement Re Boiler Room Scams

e2v technologies announces that it has become aware of unsolicited approaches made to certain shareholders and employees of the Company, by a business allegedly operating out of New York, called the Easton Consultancy.

The Company believes these approaches may be a scam, known as a "Boiler Room" scam, and will be reporting these approaches to the Financial Services Authority.

Any shareholder in any doubt about such approaches should consult with a professional adviser.
