Statement by PSC Credit Holdings LLP

PSC Credit Holdings LLP (with its affiliates "PSC") notes the announcement by Pollen Street Secured Lending plc ("PSSL") on 7 August 2020.PSC provided all material information requested in relation to the possible cash offer for PSSL by Waterfall Asset Management ("Waterfall") to PSSL several months ago.PSC notes that certain of these documents are subject to third party confidentiality clauses, and those third parties have not consented to waiving their confidentiality rights to enable PSSL to share those documents with Waterfall (or any other bona fide potential offeror that may emerge). PSC provided all requested assistance in relation to this matter as directed by the PSSL Board during April and June.
