Starleith Transaction Closes

The Board of Directors of South African Property Opportunities Plc is pleased to announce that the proceeds of ZAR 18 million of the Starleith portion of the Sandton sale have been received. The Board expects that the proceeds of the Wedgewood portion of the Sandton sale will be received before the end of the month. The Board expects to be able to announce a distribution following the receipt of all proceeds from the Sandton sale.
