SPECIAL DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Directors are pleased to announce a first final special dividend, in respect of the year ended 31 July 2016, of 7.50 pence per Ordinary share. This dividend will be paid on 26 August 2016 to shareholders on the register on 12 August 2016. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 11 August 2016.
