Shareholder Notification

The Company was informed on 15 October 2012 that on 12 October 2012, Hawkeye Capital Management acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 3.13p per share. Following this acquisition, Hawkeye Capital Management has an interest in 53,113,471 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company representing 18.96% of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr. Rayan Joshi is an analyst at Hawkeye Capital Management and a non-executive Director of the Company.
