Share Repurchase Programme
The Company announces that it has established a subsidiary, Specialist Energy Group Trustee Limited, for the purpose of acting as an Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"). Authorities have been granted for the EBT to commence a share repurchase programme and for purchased shares to be held for potential redistribution to the relevant employees.
