The Company announces that it was informed today by Mr. Matthew Breidert, a Senior Portfolio Manager of Tortoise Advisors UK Limited, the Investment Manager to the Company, that he has bought 10,345 shares at an average price of 129.77p per share on 19 March, 2019.

Following this transaction, Mr. Breidert owns 247,777 shares, representing 0.27% of the issued share capital of the Company.
