Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Spotlight: BEO), the mineral exploration and development company, announces that as at 1 July 2021, there were 607,748,200 Swedish Depository Receipts representing 73.4 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company and trading on the Spotlight Exchange in Stockholm. The remaining issued share capital of the Company is held in the UK.
