Share Incentive Plan
WYG announces that Yorkshire Building Society Trustee acquired on 18 March 2009, 385,555 ordinary shares in the company for the purpose of the WYG Share Incentive Plan at a price of £0.0786 per share. These shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their February pay. The following director, as contributor to the plan, has acquired the following interest in the shares:
