Share Incentive Plan
WYG announces that Yorkshire Building Society Trustee acquired on 19 June 2009, 115,763 ordinary shares in the company for the purpose of the WYG Share Incentive Plan at a prices of £0.24 per share. These shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their May pay. The following director, as contributor to the plan, has acquired the following interest in the shares:
