The Company was informed today that interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu have, on 6 February 2015, purchased 929,195 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.13 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly of 34,301,211 Ordinary Shares, representing 34.3% of the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
