The Issuer advises that the following changes have been made; The class of securities have been clarified as Ordinary Shares in (1), the price per unit was incorrect and should read €20.75 and not €20.70 in (2). The party making the disclosure is now Buchanan Holdings Limited and notGoodbody Stockbrokers as previously stated in (4).
