Total voting rights / Issued share capital

In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers and DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Fidessa confirms that, as at the close of business on 29 March 2018, its issued share capital consisted of 38,778,664 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights each admitted to trading. There were no shares held in treasury.
