Further to the announcement on 10 August 2011 in relation to the Placing to raise approximately £1.7m and the Restructuring of the Company's outstanding Loan Notes, the Directors are pleased to announce that at the General Meeting and Loan Noteholders GM held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed without amendment.

Application has been made for a total of 8,678,750 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that these shares will begin trading at 8.00 a.m. on 7 September 2011. Subsequent to Admission becoming effective, the Company will have 32,660,660 ordinary shares of 15p each of the Company in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 32,660,660.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Words and expressions defined in the Company's circular to Shareholders dated 10 August 2011 have the same meaning in this announcement.
