Results of General Meeting - Court-Approved Capital Reduction
Elegant Hotels Group plc (the "Company") announced on 30 June 2015 that in order to facilitate the payment of dividends for the current year it is necessary to create distributable reserves, so the Company is proposing to effect a court-approved share capital reduction.
The Company is pleased to announce that, at its General Meeting held earlier today, a special resolution put to shareholders to effect the capital reduction described in the announcement dated 30 June 2015 was passed.
Subject to receiving court approval, the Company expects the capital reduction to become effective by the end of August.
