Results of Annual General Meeting
Melrose Resources plc (LSE: MRS) ("the Company") is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today at Tods Murray LLP, Edinburgh Quay, 133 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9AG, all resolutions put to the Meeting were passed.
The proxy votes received prior to the Meeting in respect of each of the resolutions is detailed in the table below.
