HMS GROUP BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING RESULTS
HMS Group (LSE: HMSG), the leading pump and compressor manufacturer as well as provider of flow control solutions and related services to the oil and gas, nuclear and thermal power generation and water utilities sectors in Russia and the CIS, announces that a meeting of the HMS Group Board of Directors was held on December 04th, 2013 (the “Meeting”). All of the nine Directors of the HMS Group Board of Directors were present at the Meeting.
The following significant issues of agenda were reviewed, discussed and approved at the Meeting:
Report on the structure and functions of the Management Company and the corporate center; 9 months 2013 IFRS Financial Statements review; Approval of the Board of Directors meetings dates for 2014.**
