Result of General Meeting and Cancellation of Trading on AIM
Further to its recent announcements regarding a proposed wind up, de-listing and liquidation, the Company announces that the Resolutions put to Shareholders at the General Meeting held today were duly passed.
Accordingly, the Liquidators have been appointed with immediate effect to commence facilitation of the winding up and liquidation of the Company.
Cancellation of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM shall become effective at 7.00 a.m. on 21 December 2018, in accordance with the timetable previously announced.
Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms within this announcement shall mean the same as those defined in the Company's RNS, released at 7.00 a.m. on 22 November 2018 under RNS number 1428I.
