Result of EGM

The Board of Emblaze is pleased to announce that the resolution proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held yesterday, to remove the existing Directors was duly rejected by the vast majority of shareholders. 

Of the total votes cast, 66 per cent (57,703,025 votes) of shareholders voted in favour of the existing Board of Directors.
