Further to the announcements issued on 18 December 2014, the Company announcesthat the NAV per share at the close of business on 19 January 2015 ("theCalculation Date") was 153.34p. Accordingly, the Placing Price, which isequivalent to a 1.41 per cent. premium to the NAV on the Calculation Date, is155.5p. Crystal Amber has received firm commitments from certain shareholders and newinvestors to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares for a gross consideration of £32,297,500 under the Placing. Therefore, Crystal Amber has allotted 20,770,097Placing Shares, subject to admission to trading on AIM, representing anenlargement of approximately 28 per cent. of the Company's current issued sharecapital. Application has been made for the 20,770,097 Placing Shares to be admitted totrading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will take place, and dealings insuch Placing Shares will commence, on AIM on 27 January 2015. Following the issue of the 20,770,097 Placing Shares, the Company will have95,961,800 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding 3,057,962 Ordinary Shares heldin Treasury).
