Result of Annual General Meeting
Change of Registered Office
eEnergy (AIM: EAAS), which designs and delivers energy-saving and energy-generating solutions to its customers reducing their costs and mitigating the impact of future increases in energy costs, confirms that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), held earlier today, were duly passed.
The proxy results for the resolutions are set out below.

As previously announced, following conclusion of the AGM Andrew Lawley and Dr Nigel Burton have stepped down from the Board. Gary Worby will step down from the Board on 30 June 2026. John Samuel, independent non-executive director, has moved to the Chairman role.
Change of Registered Office
The Company also notifies that the address of its registered office has changed with effect from today to: Mary Sheridan House, 11-19 St Thomas Street, London, SE1 9RY.
