Result of AGM
Elephant Capital (AIM: ECAP) announces that, at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed, including the resolution authorising Elephant Capital to make market purchases of shares representing 25 per cent. of its issued share capital. Accordingly, the share-back programme announced on 5 February 2015 will commence on 9 March 2015.
