Helical Bar PLC21 July 2005 21 July 2005 Helical Bar plc ("Helical Bar" / "Company") At the Annual General Meeting of Helical Bar plc held on Wednesday 20 July 2005,all the resolutions proposed were duly passed. In addition to resolutionsconcerning ordinary business, resolutions were passed in relation to theallotment of ordinary shares, disapplication of pre-emption rights, marketpurchases of ordinary shares, market purchases of B shares and a put option inrelation to B shares.
