Result of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Qonnectis is pleased to announce that all resolutions put before the AGM were duly passed.

Resolution 2 concerning the reappointment of Richard Taylor as a director of the Company was not required under the Company's articles and was not put to the AGM.

Following the AGM, Barbara Spurrier, the Finance Director, whose appointment as a director lapsed at the AGM, was reappointed to the Board.
