Swallowfield plc is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions presented by the Board to members were duly approved at yesterday's AGM.

In the light of the views indicated by certain major shareholders in their proxy forms, the Board withdrew Resolution 7, 8 and 10 set out in the Notice of AGM, which related to the authority of directors to allot new shares in the Company, the seeking of approval in respect of the disapplication of pre-emption rights, and adoption of new Articles of Association respectively
