Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker
The Directors of Paragon Diamonds Limited, the AIM quoted diamond development company, announce that Northland Capital Partners Limited has resigned as the Company's nominated adviser and broker with immediate effect.
The Company's shares were suspended from trading on AIM on 16 November 2015 pending clarification of financial position.
The Company's shares remain suspended and pursuant to AIM Rule 1, if a replacement nominated adviser has not been appointed within one month, the admission of the Company's securities to AIM will be cancelled.
