John, who has beenFinancial Director of Peel Hotels Plc since 7 September 1998, fell ill in 2006and was unable to work for the majority of the year. The Board of Directorsthank him for all his work over the years and wish him a speedy recovery and ahappy retirement. Nick Parrish , who has been with Peel Hotels since 1998 has deputised in John'sabsence, will continue in that role for the time being.
