CLOSURE OF BANK'S REGISTER OF THE SHAREHOLDERS

FOR PAYMENT OF DIVIDEND FOR THE ACCOUNTING YEAR

ENDED 31ST MARCH, 2012

In terms of Clause 16 of the Listing Agreement, we advise that the Register of shareholders of the Bank will be closed for transfer of shares from Saturday, the 26th May, 2012 to Thursday, the 31st May, 2012 (Both days inclusive), for payment of dividend, if any, for the accounting year 2011-12. As informed to the Exchange vide our letter no. CC/S&B/VKJ/0286 dated 10.05.2012, the proposal for declaration of dividend, if any, for the accounting year 2011-12 will be considered by the Central Board of the Bank at its Meeting scheduled to be held on 18.05.2012. The relevant particulars are furnished in the enclosure.

2. In terms of Clause 31(c) of the Listing Agreement, we enclose for your information, three copies of the public notice being issued in connection with the closure of Register of the shareholders.
