Purchase of 7.5 per cent US dollar notes 2012/2014 ("2014 dollar notes")

REA announces that it has purchased for cancellation $9,675,000 nominal of 2014 dollar notes at par plus accrued interest.

REA further announces that it has purchased at par for cancellation $3,175 nominal of 2014 dollar notes held by its subsidiary company, R.E.A. Services Limited.

Upon cancellation of the purchased notes, being $9,678,175 nominal, there remain $6,310,822 nominal of 2014 dollar notes in issue.
