The following supplementary prospectus (the Supplementary Prospectus) has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary Prospectus dated 2 March 2016 to (i) the base prospectus dated 23 June 2015, as supplemented previously on 30 July 2015, 14 August 2015, 29 October 2015 and 27 January 2016 relating to the €35,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme of Abbey National Treasury Services plc, unconditionally guaranteed by Santander UK plc and unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Abbey Covered Bonds LLP; and (ii) the base prospectus dated 5 May 2015, as supplemented previously on 30 July 2015, 14 August 2015, 29 October 2015 and 27 January 2016 relating to the U.S.$30,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Abbey National Treasury Services plc unconditionally guaranteed by Santander UK plc (together, the Base Prospectuses).
