Proposed Maiden Dividend
dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, is pleased to announce that further to the Final results for the year ended 30 June 2013, the Company proposes a maiden final dividend of 0.1p per share.
If approved at the Annual General Meeting on 17th December 2013, the dividend timetable will be as follows:

Record Date | 10 January 2014 |
Expected Payment Date | 31 January 2014 |
