Further to the Company's announcement of 30 September 2016, a circular containing details of the open offer and notice of general meeting, to be held at the offices of Holman Fenwick Willan LLP, Friary Court, 65 Crutched Friars, London EC3N 2AE, on 27 October 2016 at 11.00 a.m., is being posted to shareholders today.
