Posting of Circular

The Board of the Company announces that on 29 October 2008 a circular to shareholders has been posted convening a General Meeting to be held at 36-38 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3PQ at 10:30 a.m. on 20 November 2008.

The purpose of the meeting is to seek shareholder approval to reduce the amount standing to the credit of the share premium account of the Company by ‚£ 2,184,193 in order to eliminate losses for the same amount.
