North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc
The Company is pleased to announce that last night it signed a conditional contract to sell its investment in Celsis.
On completion, the transaction will increase the net asset of the Company by just over £1 per share and increase the cash balance by approximately £50 million.
