Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (`PDMRs')

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), Hays plc notifies that, on 21 March 2012, the following PDMRs were granted options over the stated number of Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at an option price of 78p per share pursuant to the Hays UK Sharesave Scheme. Options will become exercisable from 1 May 2015 until 31 October 2015.
