EMIS Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 3 May 2016, that Capita IRG Trustees Limited as Trustees of the EMIS Group Share Incentive Plan (SIP), had purchased on 29 April 2016 the following Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 954.00 pence per share on behalf of the Executive Directors listed below:
