Notification of Major Interests in Shares
The Company was notified on 22 December 2009 by Fidelity International that, as at 18 December 2009, FIL Limited had an indirect interest totalling 2,209,785 shares in Velti plc representing 5.88% of the Company's issued voting share capital. These shares are registered as follows:
