MirLand Development Corporation plc, one of Russia's leading residential and commercial property developers, announces that it received a notification on 12 October 2009 that, following the disposal by Capital Venture Worldwide Group Ltd. of 694,236 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company effected on 9 October 2009 at a price of £1.80 per share, Capital Venture Worldwide Group Ltd. is the legal owner of 8,139,630 shares in the Company, representing 7.86% of the Company's total voting rights.
